The charge for this appointment is $150. This appointment will take approximately 1 1/2 hours.

If you wear contact lenses, for the most accurate screening measurements,

Dr. Bindi prefers that you remove soft contact lenses 7 days prior to your appointment -or-
-
hard/gas permeable 3 weeks prior and Ortho-K contact lenses for 3 months prior.

If not feasible, then at least try to leave out as long as possible.

Measurements will be re-checked day of your procedure, if necessary.

Please bring in any “back up” pair of glasses you may own, as well as a pair of sunglasses, as your pupils may be dilated.
