Privacy with AI Chatbot

Your data and conversations including questions, responses and form field entries are protected under HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 security in the healthcare cloud. The data shared through this chatbot is encrypted and not used in the training of large language models.

Authentication Encouraged

For a heightened level of service, we encourage our established patients to provide their mobile numbers and authenticate their experience through SMS code validation. This gives us the ability to pull up a recent record (not real-time but uploaded periodically) for more efficient form completion. By clicking “yes” to receive a text message, you consent to receiving one-time passcodes, links to access Ask Aidan chatbot and appointment confirmation text messages. Msg & data rates may apply.
