Dr. Angela Vuong is passionate about helping her patients improve their lives with Modern Vision Correction and had the EVO ICL procedure several years ago.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Vuong graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis.
She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley, and became a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric Honor Society.
Dedicated to helping our U.S. Military Veterans, Dr. Angela Vuong completed her Residency in Primary Eye Care & Ocular Disease at the Veterans Affairs Clinic in the Pacific Northwest.
In her free time, Dr. Vuong enjoys traveling, crafting, and baking.
Dr. Eddie Chen obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UC San Diego. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at UC Berkeley.
Growing up in the Bay Area, Dr. Chen had the poorest vision of anyone he knew. When he became an EVO ICL patient, he was pleased to get rid of his glasses and contact lenses. He especially enjoys his vision while scuba diving, traveling, and watching his favorite team play – the San Francisco 49ers.
Dr. Chen enjoys helping his patients simply wake up and see through Modern Vision Correction. When not doing so, he can be found eating and exploring with his wife and dog.
Dr. Monica Liou is passionate about guiding her patients through the process of Modern Vision Correction.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley. She completed an additional Optometric Residency in Primary Eye Care & Ocular Disease at the Veterans Affairs Optometric Residency Program.
Dr. Liou is fluent in Mandarin and English. During her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys exploring new areas and trying new restaurants.
